Thurlbeck & Co. Acquires Two New Sainsburys Convenience Stores
We are pleased to announce the acquisition of two new store acquisitions on behalf of our retained clients, Sainsburys Supermarkets Limited. Thurlbeck & Co. acted for Sainsburys in the acquisition of new retail units at Duke Street, Darlington and the Parkview Shopping Centre, Whitley Bay. Both stores will trade under the Sainsburys Local format. Thurlbeck & Co. act on behalf of Sainsburys as retained agents in the north east, Cumbria, North Yorkshire and Humberside regions.
